Thank you so much for your interest in volunteering with us. Our volunteers are the heart of Retro X. From helping guests find their way to supporting panels, vendors, and special events, volunteers make the entire experience run smoothly.
Whether you’re a longtime fan or brand new to the convention scene, joining our volunteer team is a fun way to be part of the action, meet amazing people, and help create an unforgettable weekend for our community.
Volunteer with Retro X
In exchange for your commitment, volunteers will receive a Retro X T-shirt and a full convention pass. Each year we are looking for enthusiastic people in the following areas: event operations, ticketing, set up/tear down, cosplay contest, special guest attendants and more!
Retro X is a family friendly community event. We ask that our volunteers conduct themselves in an appropriate manner (positive attitude, avoidance of foul language, non-confrontational).
Volunteers are not assigned any tasks that may jeopardize event guest safety, such as interacting with underage attendees one-on-one in non-public areas of the venue. Retro X has a zero tolerance policy for illegal activities and harassment or discriminatory acts of any kind.
